ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife of the detenu Rajiv Gandhi son of Natarajan aged about 24 years, to cause production of her husband, who is said to be in the illegal custody of the second respondent and to set him at liberty. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the first respondent and Ms.J.Thilagavathy, learned counsel for R2. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Today the detenu Rajiv Gandhi, aged 24 years, is produced before this Court by the respondent police.
4.On enquiry, the detenu Rajiv Gandhi has stated that the petitioner is his wife and the second respondent is his sister. He is residing with his parents. According to him, there is no illegal detention by the second respondent. He also expressed that he is not willing to go with the petitioner/wife.
5.Recording the statement made by the detenu herein and also taking into account the fact that there is no illegal detention by his sister/second respondent, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS-III) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar vj2 To 1.
