va about three years ago for engaging some other counsel. However, on verification the Registry informed that no counsel had filed change of vakalat so far. In these circumstances, the Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioner and list the matter on 24.09.2019. When the matter was listed for hearing on 24.09.2019 printing the name of the petitioner, none appeared for him. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter on 25.09.2019 (i.e.) today under the caption "for dismissal". Today also, though the name of the petitioner has been printed in the cause list, none appeared for the petitioner. Hence, this Court has no other option, except to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
