This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to investigate and file final report in Crime No.481/2021 dated 08.12.2021 for the offence under Section 147, 294(b), 323, 324 & 506(1) of I.P.C., pending before the Judicial Magistrate I at Kallakurichi District within a reasonable period of time.

2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a case and counter. On the complaint given by the counter parties, a case in Crime No.482 of 2021 is also registered by the respondent. He would further submit that the respondents are conducting investigation in both the cases and final report will be filed in Crime No.481 of 2021 and 482 of 2021, within a period of three months from today.

3. Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
