This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 03.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.10945 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26187 of 2022 to report before the respondent police every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
