] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 24 days in preferring the accompanying memorandum of Criminal Appeal against the judgement of conviction dated 31.10.2023 passed in S.C.No.230 of 2018 by the learned XVIII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
