This petition has been filed to extend the time to petitioner to surrender before the lower Court and execute sureties in Crl.O.P.No.30763 of 2022 order dated 16.12.2022 in Cr.No.342 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserve to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties before the concerned court as ordered by this Court, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
