JUDGMENT

(Judgment of this Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Based on the letter dated 30.05.2019 of the Additional Commissioner, Office of the Commissioner of GST and Central Excise, Tiruchirappalli, Government of India, Ms.R.Hemalatha, learned Senior Standing Counsel for Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax, submitted that instructions have been issued to withdraw C.M.A.No.1172 of 2018, as per the National Litigation Policy.

2. Ms.R.Hemalatha, learned Senior Standing Counsel for Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax, submitted a letter dated 04.06.2019, to the Registrar (Judicial), Appellate Side, Madras High Court, seeking permission to withdraw C.M.A.No.1172 of 2018.

3. Placing on record the above submission, C.M.A.No.1172 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. The letters dated 30.05.2019 and 04.06.2019 respectively, shall form part of the record.
