While disposing of this Civil Revision Petition on 30.10.2019, this Court directed the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dharapuram, to 1/4

dispose of the suit in O.S.No.106 of 2018 till preliminary decree, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. This Court has received a letter dated 13.07.2020 from the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dharapuram, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 30.10.2019 passed in the above Civil Revision Petition. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time.

3. Therefore, time is extended by three months from today to comply with the order dated 30.10.2019 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition.
