This Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to stop the entire functioning of the unregistered Thiruvallur Mavatta Anaithu Muslim Jamath Orunginaippu Committee, permanently and to file a compliance report of the same.

2. On reading of the averments in the affidavit and prayer, it essentially appears to be a PIL and therefore the same has to be filed before the appropriate Division Bench.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed, with liberty to approach the appropriate Court, in accordance with law. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
