J] Captioned 'Civil Miscellaneous Petition' ['CMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a 'Condonation of Delay' ['CoD' for the sake of brevity] prayer. CoD sought is qua delay in representation of the captioned appeal and number of days (delay) is 936.

2. Ms.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for petitioner / appellant draws our attention to paragraph No.8 of the support affidavit which reads as follows:

'8. I submit that, meanwhile the A.S.N.130 of 2021 was dismissed on 23.02.2021 by confirming market value fixed by the Sub-Court, Ponneri was proper. Thereafter upon the discovering of fact that the document No.2783/1997 was created fraudulently to inflate the market value of the acquired land. The Ex-officio who is looking after the subject had filed review application under Review Application No.105 of 2022 in A.S.No.130 of 2021. The Land Acquisition Officer also filed 2 appeals. CMP No.16993 of 2021 in Page Nos.1/3

AS.SR.No.85569 of 2021 and CMP No.16994 of 2021 in AS.SR.No.85567 of 2021 in the pending matter and 27 review petitions in the covered matters. The ground of appeal was also revised in present appeal suit and handed over to the Government Pleader for filing before the Hon'ble High Court. It was found that as per the records and connected files available in this office, this appeal suit was not returned for resubmission and no further report was called for in this office file of Appeal Suit.'

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the matter, we are inclined to accept the aforementioned reason and accede to the CoD prayer.
