ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 09.03.2020 in Crl.OP.No.4899 of 2020 thereby directed the respondents to complete investigation in Cr.No.394 of 2018 and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the respondent concerned completed investigation in Cr.No.394 of 2018 and are about to file final report within a short time.

3. Considering the above submission, the respondent is directed to file final report in Cr.No.394 of 2018 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
