This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 02.01.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.34852 of 2022.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner herein, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.01 of 2023. After enquiry, parties exchanged their articles and had given an undertaking that, they would agitate the matrimonial dispute before the concerned Court and hence, CSR No.01 of 2023 was closed on 04.03.2023.

3. In the said circumstances, this Court is of the view that there is no need to pass any order in this petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. Petitioner, if chooses can seek appropriate remedy before the competent Court in the manner known to law.
