ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the first respondent/plaintiff has not raised any serious objection to allow this application.

2. Learned counsel for the second respondent/second defendant has also not raised any serious objection to allow this application. Further, he submitted that R4, R5, R6, R126, R127 and R128 have also no objection as regards the report of the learned Judge Commissioner, whereas they are not present before this Court to make their submissions with regard to the same. It is also submitted that as regards the other respondents, they have given up at the time of recording of compromise.

3. If any memo is filed before the learned Judge Commissioner, Registry is directed to verify and put up the same and also verify the status of the respondents with regard to the report of the learned Judge Commissioner.

4. List the matter on 02.06.2026 under the caption "for orders" and for appearance of all the parties as well as the counsel for the learned Judge Commissioner.
