ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty and he has also made an endorsement to the following effect:

"The petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file review the order passed by the learned Single Judge in the w.p. with reference to the question of possession of the land and mode of dispossession."
