(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent. 2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner, directing the respondents to cause production of her mother/the detenue, Kalyani, aged about 58 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The detenue Kalyani is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. On enquiry, the detenue told us that there is no illegal detention of her by anybody.

4.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner being the daughter of the detenue, be permitted to visit the detenue/ mother of the petitioner, twice in a month, for which learned counsel for the third respondent has no objection.

5.Recording the statement made by the detenue to the effect that there is no illegal detention, we are of the view that this petition could be closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
