PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus after calling for the records of the second respondent pertaining to his proceedings in Lr.No.222/PR-31/2005 and consequential order of the third respondent pertaining to his proceedings in memo No.2871/COE/C54/2005 and quash the orders dated 08.09.2005 and 16.11.2005 and consequently direct the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner in the existing vacancy of the Junior Assistant.
