PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent herein in G.O.(Ms).No.546, Home (Police XVIII) Department, dated 24.07.2013 cancelling the petitioner's regular promotion as Assistant Director and reverting the petitioner as Scientific Officer and the consequential order passed by the second respondent herein in his proceedings No.A1/36089/2013, O.O.No.75/2013 dated 25.07.2013 posting the petitioner as Scientific Officer and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to grant the petitioner all the consequential service and monetary benefits.
