ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to modify the conditions imposed against the petitioner in Para No.6 of the order in Crl.O.P.No.30756 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- to the credit of Crime No. 764 of 2023.

2.After hearing both sides, this Court directs the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- [Rupees Twenty Thousand Only] to the credit of Crime No. 764 of 2023 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The rest of the conditions in Crl.O.P.No.30756 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 shall remains unaltered.
