Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the Assessment of vacant land tax made to Tax Assessment No.35872 for the property situated at S.F.No.402, Uppilipalayam Village, G.V.Gardens, Singanallur, Coimbatore-15, for the period from 1.10.1998 to 1.10.2003 is illegal and unconstitutional and consequently forbearing the respondents from collecting the assessed tax for Assessment No.35832, other by following provisions contained in the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Act, 1981.
