ORDER

Seeking a direction to the the respondents to register a case on the complaint dated 03.03.2014 of the petitioner and to investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner was closed by the respondent police and also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had never gone for enquiry. On reading of the complaint of the petitioner, it does not make any cognizable offence, warranting police investigation, in the considered opinion of this Court.

This Criminal Original Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out their remedies in the manner known to law.
