O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent police to give police protection for the petitioner and recovery of her pass post and other educational certificates from her parents.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that she is an adult and she has left her parental home and living alone. Since the parents of the petitioner are holding her passport against her wish, she has filed this petition seeking to give police protection and to recover her passport and other educational certificates from her parents.

3.When the matter is taken up today, it is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as her parents that the petitioner and her parents had meet at the office of the counsel and a consensus has been arrived and the passport and all other educational certificates have been handed over to the petitioner in the presence of her counsel at her counsel's Office.

4.The petitioner and her father are present before this Court today (08.03.2022).

5.The father of the petitioner would submit that he has handed over the passport and other educational certificates to the petitioner in the presence of her counsel. Further, he has given undertaking by stating that he has no objection in his daughter living separately and he will not interfere in her daughter's life.

6.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
