Cont.P.No 2570 of 2013 petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2011. The matter relates to grant of patta in respect of the the property in Perunagar Village, Village Natham Uthiramerur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. After the order of this Court dated 30.03.2011, it is reported that the Tahsildar concerned has passed an order dated 03.12.2013, rejecting the representation of the petitioner by assigning reasons. Going through the order passed by this Court, this Court is of the view that the order of Tahsildar dated 03.12.2013, is in compliance of the directions of this Court in W.P. No.8040 of 2011.
