Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be to grant a succession certificate to the petitioner with powers to collect the securities of the deceased Mr.T.V.Gopalakrishnan and Mrs.G.Uma Rani and to receive, interests, dividends thereon and negotiate and Transfer the Securities morefully Specified in the Schedule in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petition.

This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:- The petitioner seek issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities that stood in the name of his parents late Mr.T.V.Gopalakrishnan and Mrs. G.Uma Rani who died intestate on 24.05.2012 and 27.10.2011 respectively. The petitioner is the son of the deceased.

2. The petitioner has examined himself as P.W.1. He has produced the death certificate of his parents as Exs.P6 and P8. The legal heirship certificate has been produced as Ex.P7. Necessary Publication has been made and no objection has been received.

3. A perusal of Ex.P7 shows that the petitioner is the only legal heir of the deceased Mr.T.V.Gopalakrishnan and Mrs. G.Uma Rani.

4. In view of the said evidence, this Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioner.
