PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the 2nd respondent notice dated 17.07.2015 in 1g5A/81/tha.Aa.po.ka/15 and consequential punishment order of withholding increment for 2 years without cumulative effect and consequently directing the respondents to pay all consequential benefits.
