2. Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent.

3. This application is filed to condone the delay of 3943 days in filing the application for restoration in the Cri.R.C.No.835 of 2013.

4. The learned counsel for the first respondent has no serious objection to allow the application. Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in the affidavit, in order to advance the cause of justice, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
