Petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the 4th Respondent to disburse 50% of the salary payable to him from December 2002 to till date without prejudice to his rights, as per the representation dated 02.11.2005.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that, the Petitioner retired from service and all the terminal benefits due to him were settled and hence, nothing survives for consideration in this matter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Learned counsel for the Petitioner also submitted that, all the terminal benefits have been settled to the Petitioner and that, nothing survives for consideration. 4.
