O R D E R

When it is pointed out that the Petitioner has made separate representations to the various authorities, who are the Respondents herein and the relief seeking direction to each of those Respondents to dispose the representation made to them, would amount to a distinct causes, which cannot be clubbed together in a single Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file separate Writ Petitions for direction of disposal of each of the representations by the concerned authorities. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
