By order dated 04.12.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose C.M.A.No. 14 of 2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Now, the learned Additional District Judge, Namakkal has requested this Court to grant further period of three months to dispose of the aforesaid case. On the ground that due to nationwide lock-down imposed to curb Covid-19 pandemic, the direction issued by this Court could not be complied with.
