ORDER

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking an early disposal of the H.M.O.P.No.3846/2012 pending on the file of the learned V Additional Judge of Family Court at Chennai.

2.From the docket entries, it is seen that the matter has been pending for evidence ever since September-2015 When the matter had come up before this Court, initially notice was ordered to the respondent, and the private notice which has been sent to the defendant has been returned with an endorsement 'not claimed' and there is an endorsement that intimation has been delivered to the respondent. Therefore, service has deemed to be completed on the respondent.

3.considering the fact that H.M.O.P. has been pending for evidence right from September-2015, learned V Additional Judge of Family Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of O.P.No.3846/2012 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this Court.
