..Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents herein or their men, agents, subordinates from demanding or collecting entry tax in respect of the imported vehicle XCMG made ZL50G wheel loader with rock bucket with standard accessories bearing Engine No.1210E050321, Chassis No.11005180 to be registered with the 3rd respondent herein with new registration mark.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition the balance arrears of Entry Tax due i.e. a sum of Rs.4,33,719/- was paid by the petitioner on 09.04.2013 itself [vide ICICI Bank Chq.No.37078 dated 30.03.2013].

2. In view of the fact that the petitioner has paid the Entry Tax as demanded, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
