Petition under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents for contempt of court under Contempt of Courts Act 1971 for disobeying and flouting the orders of this court dated 02.06.2017 passed in W.P.No.12073 of 2017.

ORDER

This contempt petition is filed for the noncompliance of the order made in W.P.No.12073 of 2017, dated 02.06.2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader has produced the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 18.09.2017 rejecting the request of the petitioner and the copy of the same is also handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the said order being passed, no further adjudication is necessary. The contempt petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the order passed by the 1st respondent, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same, in accordance with law.
