O R D E R

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the Respondent for violating the orders of this Court in W.P.No. 18468 of 2010 dated 03.08.2011.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that the order of this Court dated 03.08.2011 has been duly complied with by the respondent. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.7249/A1/2011, dated 03.09.2013.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on the other hand, would submit that no copy was served to them till date. He would further submit that even on the earlier occasion, the respondent sought for time before this Court stating that against the order of this Court, they have preferred a Writ Appeal and the same was pending.

4. Considering the fact the order of this Court was complied with by the respondent in the year 2013 itself, this Contempt Petition stands closed.

Liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the compliance order passed by the respondent, in accordance with law, if so advised. No costs.
