Today, when the matter came up under the caption 'for being mentioned', the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that at paragraph Nos.17 and 21 of the order dated 08.10.2021, the learned Sessions Judge would come instead of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge. Hence, at paragraphs 3, 4, 17 and 21, the learned Assistant Sessions Judge shall be deleted and the it shall be read as the learned Sessions Judge.
