This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.19204 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.27336 of 2022 on 22.12.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders and also appear all the Trial Court hearings without fail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e, on the 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report.
