This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to take necessary action on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 06.03.2017. 2.Alleging non-return of moneys which have been given by the petitioner to one V.K.Gajapathy, R.Mohan Kumar, Kumar @ Meesai Kumar and T.Rajandiran, the petitioner made a complaint to the first respondent on 06.03.2017. Since no action has been taken on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with the present Criminal Original Petition.
