Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the files of the First Respondent order dated 28.11.2023 bearing Ref. Se. Mu. Na. Ka. No. 3726/A1/2022 quash the same and consequently direct the Third Respondent to cancel the settlement deed dated 01.06.2007 registered as Document No. 5750 of 2007 executed by the Petitioner in favour of the Fourth and Fifth Respondents.
