The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent pertaining to his proceedings in Na.Ka. No. 3483/2005/A1 dated 01.12.2009 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent herein to issue patta in respect to the lands in Survey No.513 and 596/A, measuring an extent of 1.94 acres situated in Koratoor Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvaluvar District in favour of the petitioner.
