ORDER

These petitions have been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the Order passed by this Court directing the petitioner to deposit the arrears of maintenance amount and seeking extension of time to deposit the arrears amount of maintenance. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. According to the petitioner, since it is end of financial year, he is not able to mobilize

funds and one of his friend has also agreed to provide financial assistance to the petitioner. Hence, seeks to extend time for depositing the amount.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, time is extended till 03.04.2025 for depositing the amount finally. This petition is Ordered accordingly. As far as modification of the Order of this Court is concerned, the petition is closed.
