ORDER

On being pointed out that the aggrieved party is the Managing Director in personal capacity, the petitioner-company, being the judgement debtor, can challenge the impugned order, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and to file a fresh civil revision petition at the instance of the 3rd respondent in her individual capacity.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, granting liberty to the Managing Director of the judgment debtor to file a fresh civil revision petition. Registry shall return the certified copy of the impugned order to the petitioner, within a period of one week so as to enable the judgment debtor to prefer civil revision petition. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
