O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the interim order passed in M.P.No.1 of 2013 in W.P.No.26789 of 2013 dated 26.09.2013.

2.In the said order, this Court has passed an interim order to maintain status quo.

3.According to the petitioner in this contempt petition, the said order of status quo was violated by the respondents. 4.This contempt petition was taken up along with the main writ petition in W.P.No.26789 of 2013, where, final order has been passed in the said writ petition and in view of the disposal of the said writ petition, this present contempt petition for the alleged violation of the interim order may not be required to be pursued further, in view of the same, this Contempt Petition is also closed.
