(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for R1 and the learned counsel for R2.
2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue A.T.Suruthi, aged 32 years, directing the first respondent to cause production of his wife/the detenue before this Court and to set her at liberty.

3.The detenue A.T.Suruthi is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. On enquiry, the alleged detenue told us that she is a major and that she is living with her father and mother, who are also present before this Court. She further stated that there is no illegal detention of her by anybody and now she is willing to go along with her parents.
4.Recording the statement made by the detenue to the effect that there is no illegal detention and that she is willing to go along with her parents, we are of the view that this petition could be closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition. 5.Accordingly, this petition is closed.
