ORDER

The petitioner herein apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 308(4) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.365 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail. 2.Earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 29.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29311 of 2025 on the following reasons: "6. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner."

3. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
