J U D G M E N T

This is an appeal against acquittal, aggrieved by the Judgment dated 27.12.2021 in S.T.c.No.40 of 2020 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-1,

Fast Tack Court, Attur, Salem District.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel on either side presented a memo stating that the appellant had passed away on 15.03.2025 and no legal heirs have contacted the learned counsel for the appellant.

3. In view thereof, this Criminal Appeal stands dismissed as abated. 12.06.2025 : Yes/No vm To 1.The Judicial Magistrate-1, Fast Track Court, Attur, Salem.
