ORDER

The matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", pursuant to a letter written by the learned Principal District Judge, Salem in D.No.3458/2025 dated 30.04.2025.

2. The learned Principal District Judge pointed out that the order had been passed in favour of one Vetrivel, who had passed away on 19.10.2017.

3. On verification of the papers, it has come to light that the wife of Vetrivel, namely, Santhi is the petitioner in the civil revision petition. She had filed an application to accept the cause title in CMP.No.4796 of 2024 1/4

in CRP.SR15562 of 2024. The said application had been ordered on 12.04.2024 and the amendment had also been carried out by the Registry. However, when a copy of the order was issued on 12.04.2024, the amendment carried out by the Registry had not been taken note of by the Stenographer. This was resulted in the order copy carrying the name of Vetrivel as petitioner, instead of, Santhi. Taking advantage of this, a complaint had been lodged with the learned Principal District Judge, Salem on 22.10.2024.

4. The Registry is directed to issue a fresh order pointing the order of this court dated 12.04.2024 accepting the cause title in CMP.No.4796 of 2024.
