Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.01.2018 in accordance with law and direct the Third Respondent to receive the Registration Charges meant Plot Charges instead of Agricultural land (Guide Line Value) bearing Survey No. 886/1A2 Punja Land measuring about 2.05 acres with Coconut Trees, Pump Set 5 HPEMP and well situated at Chinnamattapalli, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. The Writ Petition has been preferred by the Petitioner to direct the Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 17.01.2018 in accordance with law and direct the Third Respondent to receive the Registration Charges meant Plot Charges instead of Agricultural land (Guide Line Value) bearing Survey No. 886/1A2 Punja Land measuring about 2.05 acres with coconut trees, pump set 5 HPEMP and well situated at Chinnamattapalli, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. 2.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, submits that the Petitioner has paid the deficit amount due and document has been registered and handed over to him. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent developments, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
