ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition for bail filed by the third accused who had attempted to encash the forged cheques for Rs.9,85,00,000/- and Rs.6,36,00,000/-.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that it is a case of encashing forged cheque for huge amount by impersonation and forgery. So far, the investigation conducted reveals that the second accused, who is no more, has handed over two cheques to A1 for Rs.25 lakhs each for him to fill it up and encash the amount. Based on that the second accused with the help of the present petitioner has presented the cheque for encashment but before they could get the money, the Bank Officials have alerted, as a consequence of attempt to encash the forged cheque got aborted. Since the second accused who have alleged to have these four cheques is no more, the police is making attempts to investigate the matter to find out whether there is any other similar incident in which the petitioner is involved.
