Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2015, with regard to the registered General Power of Attorney, coupled with interest dated 03.07.1990 and 01.06.1989 touching the subject properties, namely S.No.307/5 admeasuring 1 Acre 6 cents and S.No.231/2B admeasuring 26 cents, situated at Mannivakkam Village, Chengleput Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

ORDER
When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasion ie., 15.10.2024, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 18.10.2024 under the caption "For Dismissal".
2. Even today, ie., 18.10.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
