ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition ".. 7...(b) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 6.30 p.m., until further orders; imposed in Crl.O.P.No.28874 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph 7(b) on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28874 of 2024 on 19.11.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
