This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.15791 of 2022 dated 09.11.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.16780 of 2019 dated 22.07.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court. He further submits that in this case final report has been filed before the trial Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and he is directed to appear before the trial Court on every Tuesday, until the completion of trial. In view of the same, this petition is ordered.
