O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the interim order passed by this Court dated 21.12.2010 made in M.P. No. 4 of 2010 in W.P. No. 29303 of 2010.

2. After some hearings, when this Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing today, both the learned counsel appearing for the parties, were of opinion that, since the Contempt Petition arises out of an interim order passed and the main Writ Petition itself is of the year 2010, instead of pursuing this Contempt Petition, the main Writ Petition may be taken up for hearing and in one way or other, the Writ Petition may be disposed of. Accordingly, the parties would abide by the decision to be made in this regard.

3. In view of the said stand taken by the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this Court feels that, instead of keeping this Contempt Petition pending, which arises out of an interim order passed in the year 3/4

2010, the main Writ Petition itself can be taken up, so that, a quietus can be given for the issue raised in the Writ Petition.
